The Society advocates and promotes online safety, privacy, and transparency, ensuring that members of the Society can engage in a trusted and protected digital space.
We’re built in Canada, hosted in Canada, and committed to Canadian values - privacy, safety, respect, and transparency.
No Donations Policy
The Society is funded by, and relies exclusively on membership fees.
Member-Funded
FamilyNet is funded exclusively through membership fees.
The Society does not accept charity donations, grants, or subsidies from any private or public organization, or individuals.
Independent by Design
The Society operates independently of both private and public funding sources.
This independence is intentional.
It allows us to build and maintain an environment that is not driven by engagement metrics, data monetization, or external pressures.
Our Guiding Principles
Everything we do is based on a few core principles:

- No ads, no tracking, no data selling
